PAR measures gender equality and diversity since 2015 through an online analysis available to all organizations in Latin America.
Through our virtual questionnaire, we reward those organizations that execute good practices and promote equality in the workplace. PAR is a virtual tool that allows continuous improvement, with a view for corporations to identify their advancements, their challenges regarding gender equality and the possibility of comparison with hundreds of other Latin American corporations.

Our virtual questionnaire evaluates four fundamental areas with a total score of 1000 maximum points. Companies’ total results determine their position within PAR.
